  • Consumers should look at your booth + marketing materials and understand your business within 3 seconds. Include the following: 
    • Company name 
    • Exactly what you do 
    • Unique benefit (why you are better

     

Marketing:

  • Ensure your Interactive Exhibitor Listing is enhanced. Reach out to your sales rep for the link to update this.  
  • Promote your presence at the show on social media. 
  • Use your 20 free tickets to invite prospects. 

 

Lead Collection + Follow-Up: 

  • Qualify leads on-site for efficient use of time.  
  • Capture leads and follow up within one business day, as consumers will likely engage with all your competitors too.

At-Show Engagement

Booth Design:

  • Avoid blocking the front of your booth with a table or sign- easily accessible entrances increases booth traffic by 25% 
  • Set yourselves apart from the competition- sponsorship packages available, show deals encouraged 

 

Booth Staffing:

  • Always have staff present: We suggest 2 staff per 100 sq. ft.
  • Be approachable and ready to engage in conversation- avoid distractions like eating and being on your phone. 
  • If you are using chairs, consider barstools to keep yourself at eye-level with consumers.

 

4 S’s of Engagement:

  • Stop Them - Greet visitors warmly.
  • Speak and Listen - Engage in meaningful conversation.
  • Set Up Appointment or Sit Down - Arrange a follow-up meeting if needed.
  • Sell Them - Present your offerings compellingly.
